The room was clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly diverse. I loved the comfortable bed and the welcoming front desk staff, making us feel right at home.

However, the Wi-Fi was terribly unreliable, leading to frustration when trying to connect our devices. The pool area was overcrowded, making relaxation difficult.

I had a mixed stay at the Hampton Inn in Chino Hills. The location was great, close to shopping and dining. The breakfast options impressed me, with plenty to choose from. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere during my visit. However, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. I struggled to connect my cell phone, and when I sought assistance at the front desk, they made me call AT&T myself, which was frustrating. The TV selection left much to be desired. Cleanliness was otherwise good, but the noise from adjoining rooms sometimes disrupted my sleep. The mattress could use a topper for extra comfort. Overall, there were enjoyable aspects, but some improvements are needed for the hotel to reach its full potential.

Sound insulation could use serious improvement!!! Noise from neighboring rooms and the highway was disruptive, making it hard to relax. Also, the Wi-Fi connectivity was frustrating and poorly managed, hampering my ability to stay connected.
